The project requires lifting and erecting of one 300T Goliath crane, within the confined space of Hindustan Ship Yard, Vizag, making manoeuvring difficult.

The challenges

• Ensuring the precise lifting, positioning, and alignment of the leg and girder for erection work.
• Since the worksite is space-constrained, moving and rotating these huge components becomes complex.
